Quality Policy

The Management of IRASCO S.r.l. formalizes its decision to adopt, within the company, a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the aim of being able to completely satisfy the needs and expectations of the customer and the main interested parties, in continuous compliance with the obligations made mandatory by laws and regulations for the products produced and the services rendered.

 

To achieve the objectives it is IRASCO policy to follow the following general principles:

 

 – Adopt a process-based organizational approach

 – Analyze daily processes and activities from a “RISK BASED THING” perspective

 – compliance with the laws in force and contractual regulations

 – individual responsibility for the quality of the work carried out

 – prevention of non-conformities – training tailored to every quality need for all tasks and all company levels – measurement of compliance with and effectiveness of the quality management system through internal audits

– continuous redefinition of concrete and measurable objectives.

 

 To concretely implement the principles expressed in the quality policy, the Management of IRASCO S.r.l. , while maintaining leadership over the Quality Management System, will make use of the support of an internal figure, who will report to the Management itself, with the following main tasks:

 

 – monitor the organization’s processes and that these are implemented and kept constantly updated

 – identify quality issues

 – identify and introduce measures to resolve quality problems

– identify new potential risks in organizational processes and implement actions to address them

– report to the Management on the status of application of the Quality Management System, identifying the needs for improvement

 – identify the means of involving, raising awareness, training and informing employees
